I am an Online Adjunct Instructor at BYU-Idaho for WDD 230 Web Frontend Development I. This course focuses on the planning and development of web sites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP with attention to usability principles. I mentor and develop meaningful personal relationships with students. I also facilitate teaching and learning in the course by grading assignments, assisting students with coursework, and working with a teaching assistant to ensure students receive feedback and assistance as quickly as possible.

Bronxton, Midvale, UT
June 2020 - June 2021

I redesigned Bronxton's existing retail website using the Nitrosell e-commerce platform and custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I worked with the marketing manager to create wireframes, mockups, and a preview website before going live with the new user-friendly, accessible, and appealing website. I worked with the marketing manager, photographer, and copywriter to create and add new content for different marketing campaigns. I also worked with Nitrosell and the data entry team to reorganize the backend structure of the site and make the site easier to navigate and update.

Fiserv, Salt Lake City, UT
April 2018 - March 2020

I created, updated, and maintained websites for over 200 credit unions. I managed the DNS, SSLs, and email service for these credit unions, updated their websites with new content and designs, audited websites for accessibility, and created promotional banners. I oversaw projects for an offshore team and provided additional training when necessary.

Lynden Inc., SeaTac, WA
August 2017 - May 2018

I created and updated pages for the Lynden website, replacing outdated code and producing new JavaScript applications. I collaborated with the marketing team on the planned website redesign, providing prototypes and creating solutions and design interfaces for increased usability. Once we had found a direction that worked, I structured the planned website redesign, creating new layouts and webpages, and updating current content and webpages to include responsive design, HTML5, and CSS3.
